The Referral Process: 

1. The first step is setting the appointment- do this while talking with your client

2. Complete the Pre-Qualification Questions with the client (questions open after you set the appointment).

3. Advise the client to enter their debts ahead of their consultation (they'll receive that link momentarily). This will make their meeting more efficient.
