8 Keys to Success

1. Create Your Schedule

Full-time agents need to book 6-8 appointments daily. Start your day no later than 9am; dial on your leads until you have your 6-8 appointments - this may be 90 minutes to 3 hours on fresh leads, aged leads will require more dial time to set the required appointments.

Part time 4-6 appointments daily if possible.

The most important piece of the schedule is Dial Time. You must guard your dialing hours at all costs - you must dial as much as needed to fully book your schedule.  This is where you make your numbers!
