Whereby is a free software that we use to get our clients on video. Watch the video below to learn how to get a Whereby account. Note your personal Whereby address to use in your email signature.

Create your email signature in your email portal. For Gmail: click the settings gear, then click "see All Settings". In the General tab scroll down to the Signature section. Use a format similar to this:

Alternately you can use Hubspot to create an Email Signature. Choose the signature template you prefer and add your personal contact details. In the website field enter your Whereby link address.
