Step 3 - Set Up a Whereby Account for Client Video Appointments

Step 4 - Set Up the Email Message to Get Clients on Video

NOTE: You'll Want to Save a Copy of your State Insurance License from the State Website as a PDF

Connor Jones and Taylor Rumbo cover, How to successfully get your client on video for your Virtual appointment. What does the email say that you will send with the video conferencing link? If you do not get your client on video and make that personal connection during your Virtual Appointment, the chances of you closing the appointment is less than 10%.

 

Step 5 - Send a Test Email to a Friend or Family Member

Using Step 4 (above) send a test email to a friend or family member with your state insurance license attached and with your email signature appearing in your email as Connor covers in the Step 4 video above. 

Additionally, as Connor covers, copy and paste your "WhereBy.com" Personal Account Link below your email signature.

After you have the client open and view your state insurance license, you will instruct them to click on your "WhereBy.com" personal link. You want to make sure you can get your friend or family member on camera successfully using the "WhereBy.com" link.

Step 8 - Setting LIVE Appointments on Older Mortgage Leads

This video is probably the most important part of the training that you will receive in the beginning as a New Agent. Many New Agent's start by following up on leads that are still sitting in the Equis System "Unresolved" by an Equis Agent. I would Highly recommend listening to this video over and over again. 

Step 9 - You Are Ready to Join the LIVE Virtual Team Zoom

The Virtual Team is LIVE on Zoom (You will Watch, Listen, Take Notes and Learn until Step 10)

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-11am Central: Top Virtual Producers will be doing LIVE Calls to Set Appointments for the Same Day

Monday-Thursday 4pm-9pm Central: Those Same Top Producers from the morning Session will be doing their Appointments LIVE

Step 10 - Once You Receive Your First Carrier Writing Number

Once you receive your first Insurance Company Agent Writing Number it's time for you to reach out to your Regional Manager and talk about what kind of leads you should start with. 

You will likely start with unresolved leads that have been sitting in our system, not yet resolved by an Equis agent. Be sure to utilize the video in Step 8 for calling older, unresolved leads. This is KEY!

Step 11 - Time to Set Appointments

Now that you have your first Agent Writing number it's time to MAKE Money! 

You want to Utilize the Video from Step 8 above, along with what you have learned by watching the team LIVE for the past few days. 

Once of the Key factors for setting Appointments is making sure they answer when you call back for the actual appointment. There are a few keys things that you need to make sure you say on that first call to ensure the answer at the time you agree upon to call back for the virtual appointment.

Key Words "I'm REQUIRED to Chat and Verify" etc.. Proceed to STEP 12

Step 12 - Print Your Leads and Join Virtual Meeting

1) Print your leads

2) Join the LIVE Virtual Team on Zoom at www.100PercentVirtualIncome.com

(Get the password for the Zoom Team from your Regional Manager. See Days/ Times in Step 9 above)

3) When join the team on Zoom, your Camera must be turned on and make sure you are muted

4) Make sure you name is correctly formatted (see example at the Top of this page)

5) Now, take your leads and start dialing. Track Your Numbers (see Step 13 below)

6) Set Appointments every hour for the SAME DAY, normally starting at 1pm-8pm

7) Your only goal is to fill every hour. Remember the 6-4-2 Plan that I spoke about in the video above.

Step 13 - Track and Report Your Numbers

1) This is a Very Predicitable business, IF You Track Your Numbers. 

2) Tracking Your Numbers will allow you to develop a recipe for the desired income you want to make. 

3) Click on the "Virtual Document Center" button at the Top of this page. Save and Print the Activity Tracking Sheet. You can also order a pre-printed Activity Tracking book from the Equis Store 

You want to track the following...

1) Number of times you dialed the phone

2) number of people you spoke to

3) Number of Appointments you set from those converations

4) How many of your appointments answered when you called back for the actual appointment

5) How many of those that answered did you get on video

6) How many applications did you complete and submit to the insurance companies 

7) Report Your Daily numbers through the reporting link at the Top of this page. 

Step 14 - Once You Have Filled Your Appointment Time Slots for the Day

Now that you have appointments scheduled, contact your Regional Manager to get ready for your appointments.
